One of the best quotes I have heard about fishing in Clark County is "
If one kind of fish is not active, another one is!" We have trout creeks,
major rivers, large and small lakes as well as dams. Fishing pressure is
usually low most of the time. The most common fish are brook, rainbow and
brown trout, panfish, bass, walleye, and occasional muskie. Bookmark this
page for weekly updates of local conditions, activity as well as techniques
that are working. Fishing enthusiasts are encouraged to share their
techniques, stories and advice whenever possible. Good Luck!
A page that may be helpful for those wanting to check multiple areas is
listed below. Fishing reports from "oldpro" can be attributed to the owner
of Norm & Ann's Campground. Postings will be made by Thursday of each
week. Most common postings will be from Lake Arbutus, Black River, Mead
Lake, Otter Lake, and unknown trout streams in Clark and Jackson county.
Let the fishing begin! http://www.lake-link.com/fishreports/

June 11th... For the past week we have been taking crappies in the Arbutus canal & Humbird pond.
Minnows were producing crappies and large mouth bass. Worms were producing
bluegills, perch, walleye. No rain forecast for the weekend.
